Peak Practice Patient Chart
The Peak Practice master chart gives you quick access to important patient information. It organizes everything you need to know about a patient into one easy screen.
Each user is able to customize the chart to view whichever information
they would like. The master chart can show you all medical-related information such as the chief complaint, vitals, notes, list of problems, medications/allergies, etc. all at once.
If you'd like, it can also show you non-medical related history such as
charges & payments, patient education and correspondence in one simple
screen. Customize it to contain whatever information you need!
Information in the master chart is also shared with the protocols feature in Peak Practice, which can make suggestions based on data entered the chief complaint (s) and problem list fields on the master chart. The master chart also makes information available for clinical reporting, which is important if you want to qualify for the stimulus package (incentives up to $44,000 or $64,000).
