For Scheduled Meetings or Software Demonstrations

If you have a scheduled online meeting or software demonstration with a Microwize Consultant, he/she will e-mail an invitation to the e-mail address(es) you've provided when scheduling the meeting. Your e-mailed invitation will contain a lot of valuable information for your meeting & should be saved, even after your meeting is concluded. If your meeting was recorded, you can use the access codes provided in your invitation to access recordings from our Recording Library.

Your e-mailed invitation will typically include some basic information about our meeting center & will include the following important items:

'Join The Meeting' - This is typically a clickable link. If your e-mail allows you to click it, this is definitely the easiest way to join your online meeting. The reason is because this link includes certain required information that's needed to join a meeting, such as your Meeting ID & Entry Code. If you're able to click this, do it as it will bypass the screen prompting you for this information & go right to the entry page.

If your e-mail does not allow you to click the 'Join The Meeting' link, you'll need to follow these steps:
  1. Click here to go to our Live Meeting Entry Page.
  2. Enter your information where prompted. Your 'Meeting ID' & 'Entry Code' will be included in the e-mailed invitation. It is recommended to Copy & Paste these into the appropriate fields as they probably contain very unique characters (due to Microsoft Security policies). If you cannot Copy & Paste, type them exactly as they're shown in the e-mail.
  3. If you continue to have issues joining, you may call us at (800) 955-0321 & press the '0' for an operator. Explain to the operator that you need assistance joining your conference.

Download Client Software

When attending a Microwize Live Meeting, you can view the demonstration portion via one of the following methods:

  1. Microsoft Live Meeting Client - For the best experience, we highly recommend downloading & installing this application prior to joining your conference. The Live Meeting application will handle the video portion of your conference in the best possible ways. Plus, you'll also have access to use the tools in our Conference Room (depending on what your meeting host has unlocked).
Click either of the two links below to download & install the Microsoft Live Meeting 2007 Client application now:
--> I] Click here for the .EXE installation file - approx. 15.8 MB
--> II] Click here for the .MSI installation file - approx. 14.7 MB
  2. Browser Console - As an alternative to the client software, if you're on a computer which prohibits you from installing onto it, you can use the Browser Console to join & view your meeting. As mentioned above, we recommend the client software whenever possible as it offers a more seamless experience. If it is impossible to install the client software, follow instructions for joining with the Browser Console when joining your meeting.

What Are Webinars or Public Events?

'Webinars' or 'Public Events' are various live classes or seminars held online. We have a wide variety of events that cover different software programs & topics. Our online seminars can include events that address 'Tips & Tricks', 'What's New?', 'Questions & Answers', Informational Classes & many other topics. Events are available for all software that we represent, including Medisoft, Lytec & MediNotes. Beginning in 2008, Microwize will publish a list of all scheduled public events on our Events Calendar (also available in our Events Forum). Registrations for these events are honored on a first registered, first serve basis. This means that you should register in advance for the online classes you'd like to attend to guarantee your place in the event. Events have a maximum registration number which is determined per event.
