The Opportunity
With president Obama Healthcare incentive to have doctors adopt Electronics Medical Records (EMR), our industry is thriving. The Software Trainer/Device Integration is responsible to implement and train the Medical software to physician practices and other patient care groups as well as integrating medical equipment such as ECO, X-ray, EKG, labs, etc. (via HL7 as an example), also will be training doctors and staff on how to use the EMR and how it integrates with medical devices

POSITION SUMMARY

Accounting Manager/Controller is responsible for creating, and then maintaining, accounting processes and inventory systems which will accurately appraise management regarding all areas of operational that align with long-term business growth objectives. Responsibilities including: accurate inventory forecasting/balancing, accounting payable/receivable, reporting, payroll, internal audits, Purchasing, cost analysis and budgeting.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
Creating appropriate accounting and inventory systems in order to accurately appraise management regarding profitability, performance against budget (software/hardware)
Responsible for coaching, training, mentoring and evaluating a small team.
Statements, internal audits, financial reviews, and budgets.
Ensures the accurate and timely processing of Accounts Payable, employee expense reports, payroll, sales tax and other taxes compliance.
Accounts Receivable including billings, cash receipts, etc.
Maintains the company’s system of accounts and keeps books and records on all company transactions, inventories, and assets.
Maintains insurance coverage for protection against property losses and potential liabilities.
Responsible for tracking employees time off/vacations
Coordinate projects, communicate changes and progress of projects with the project managements’ teams.
Manages and maintain of CRM (Sales Force) and accounting software system (Quick Books Enterprise).
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Experience solving real-world, complicated business and inventory problems is required for consideration.
Minimum of 3 years of financial and business management experience.
Excellent database, business analytical, and spreadsheet skills (MS Excel)
leadership experience in finance, accounting and related disciplines
Must have strong general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, income tax, auditing.
Authentic and compelling communicator and motivator both orally and in writing
Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel
Highly analytical with the ability to design work flows, safeguards, and procedures
Ability to deal with clients over the phone to explain invoices and collect AR while been pleasant and professional.
